Lately i have seen players playing our server for 24\7 while drinking lots of coffee cups during the day to maintain wakefulness
I went around and gathered a list of coffee facts i think you should be aware of:
Nervousness: Coffee leads to nervous reactions like sweating, trembling fingers, wet hands, trembling voice and more.
Sleeplessness: Coffee will give you sleepless nights, bad dreams and a restless sleeping habit, especially when consumed frequently in higher doses.
Blood Circulation: Coffee can narrow blood vessels which leads to cold finger tips cold feed and when consumed excessively, can lead to blood circulation problems.
Heart Rhythm Irregularities: Coffee can cause heart rhythm disturbances, especially when consumed frequently in higher quantities.
Blood Pressure: Coffee can increase blood pressure for a short while, thus makes you feel awake one time and sleepy another throughout the day.
Pain in arm and Shoulder: Coffee can cause you pain in the left arm and shoulder due to nervousness and irregular heartbeat.
All in all, drink less coffee  |

| In my house, my dad is the only one that drinks coffee. It has no flavor the way he drinks it.  |

| My mother is the only one in my house that drinks coffee.
A Runite Ore, you don't need to spend that much time on here. Take a brake once in a while.
